Confession of Favor In the Name of Jesus, I am the righteousness of God. Therefore, I am entitled to covenant kindness and covenant favour. The favour of God is among the righteous. The favour of God surrounds the righteous. Therefore, it surrounds me everywhere I go and in everything I do. I expect the favour of God to be in full manifestation in my life.

Never again will I be without the favour of God. It rests richly upon me. It profusely abounds in me. I am a part of the generation that is experiencing God’s favour immeasurably, limitlessly, and surpassingly.

Therefore, favour produces supernatural increase, promotion, restoration, honour, increased assets, greater victories, recognition, prominence, preferential treatment, petitions granted, policies and rules changed, and battles won in which I do not have to fight. The favour of God is on me and goes before.

Therefore, my life will never be the same.

This is the time of God’s favour in my life. That is the favour of God. In Jesus’ name, Amen.

January 20 – January 26, 2020

“Then Jehoshaphat feared, and set himself [determinedly, as his vital need] to seek the Lord; he proclaimed a fast in all Judah.”

II Chronicles 20:3

The body of believers at LOGOS Bible Church (LBC) will spend 7 days in fasting and prayer for the purpose of seeking God, drawing closer to Him and obtaining spiritual breakthroughs. In uniting together during this time of corporate fasting, we are expecting to experience greater glory and see a greater demonstration of God’s miraculous power and presence in our lives and in the life of this ministry.

This 7 day fast will begin Monday, January 20th and end Sunday, January 26th. There are various ways you can fast during this time to accommodate your lifestyle, schedule and leading of the Holy Spirit:

  • Normal Fast – Abstaining from food and drinking liquids only (water and/or juice) during our fast.
  • Partial Fast (Daniel Fast) – Abstaining from certain foods or omitting certain meals during our fast; eating or juicing fruit and vegetables only; eating one meal a day.
  • You can also abstain from amusements such as television, social media, etc.

During our fast, please pray for the following priorities daily and believe for breakthrough in these areas:

  1. Manifestation of His Glory; Outpouring of His Spirit; Healings & Miracles

Prayer Declaration: Father, manifest your glory in our midst and pour out your Spirit in greater measure in our lives and church services, both online and face-to-face. May we experience the manifestation of your presence, heavenly encounters, signs, wonders and notable miracles. (Joel 2:28)

  1. Greater Works

Prayer Declaration: Father, we believe in You so we declare that we are doing greater works this year and experiencing greater victories and greater success. (John 14:12)

  1. Reap & Keep Souls; Church Growth

Prayer Declaration: LBC is effectively training and making disciples of our new believers. They are being transformed by the renewing of their minds and walking in holiness,

righteousness and authority. Multitudes are being drawn to our services and we are reaping the harvest of souls and not losing any that God has given us. (Matthew 28:18,

John 17:12)

  1. Debt Free – Abundantly Blessed

Prayer Declaration: We are debt-free owing no man anything but love. We are redeemed from the curse of debt. We are the head and not the tail, the lender and not the borrower.

We are tithers, the floodgates of heaven are open over us and God is pouring out abundant provision. The devil is rebuked and all nations are calling us blessed.

(Romans 13:8, Deuteronomy 28:12, Malachi 3:10-12)

  1. Spirit Led Planning & Execution of the 2020 Goals: Ekklesia Released and the 51% Revolution, Careleaders & Campus meetings, monthly services, online services, studio and offices

Prayer Declaration: Father, we thank You that every part of the planning and execution of

the Visions and Goals for 2020 is led by the Spirit of God. Confirm your Word at

this event with signs, wonders and miracles in the lives your people, their families and

businesses. Thank you for Your Provision for the Vision (Romans 8:14, John 10:4-5 & Mark 16:20, Matthew 25: 35-40)

During the fast drink plenty of water.

Make sure you concentrate on the Word of God and prayer.

When the fast has ended, begin eating slowly again with soups and vegetables.

This fast is not compulsory and is on a volunteer basis. Before beginning any fast consult with your doctor to determine if you are healthy enough to participate in an extended fast. Psalm 46:1–3, 5 (KJV) God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea; though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Psalm 27:1–5 (KJV) The LORD is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The LORD is the strength of my life: of whom shall I be afraid? When the wicked, even mine enemies and my foes, came upon me to eat up my flesh, they stumbled and fell. Though an host should encamp against me, my heart shall not fear: though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident. One thing have I desired of the LORD, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to behold the beauty of the LORD and to enquire in his temple. For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me upon a rock.

Psalm 23 (KJV) The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want. He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me besides the still waters. He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name’s sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. Thou prepares a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD forever.

Psalm 91 (The Passion Translation) When you sit enthroned under the shadow of Shaddai, you are hidden in the strength of God Most High. He’s the hope that holds me and the Stronghold to shelter me, the only God for me, and my great confidence. He will rescue you from every hidden trap of the enemy and he will protect you from false accusation and any deadly curse. His massive arms are wrapped around you, protecting you. You can run under his covering of majesty and hide. His arms of faithfulness are a shield keeping you from harm. You will never worry about an attack of demonic forces at night nor have to fear a spirit of darkness coming against you. Don’t fear a thing! Whether by night or by day, demonic danger will not trouble you, nor will the powers of evil launched against you. Even in a time of disaster, with thousands and thousands being killed, you will remain unscathed and unharmed. You will be a spectator as the wicked perish in judgement, for they will be paid back for what they have done! When we live our lives within the shadow of God Most High, our secret hiding place, we will always be shielded from harm. How then could evil prevail against us or disease infect us? God sends angels with special orders to protect you wherever you go, defending you from all harm. If you walk into a trap, they’ll be there for you and keep you from stumbling. You’ll even walk unharmed among the fiercest powers of darkness, trampling every one of them beneath your feet! For here is what the Lord has spoken to me: “Because you have delighted in me as my get lover, I will greatly protect you. I will set you in a high place, safe and secure before my face. I will answer your cry for help every time you pray, and you will find and feel my presence even in your time of pressure and trouble. I will be your glorious hero and give you a feast. You will be satisfied with a full life and with all that I do for you. For you will enjoy the fullness of my salvation.”

Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.

2 Timothy 1:7 (KJV) For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind.

Proverbs 3:5–6 (KJV) Trust in the LORD with all thine heart and lean not unto thine own understanding in. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths.

1 Samuel 12:22 (KJV) For the LORD will not forsake his people for his great name’s sale: because it hath pleased the LORD to make you his people.

Psalm 37:28 (KJV) For the LORD loveth judgement, and forsaketh not his saints; they are preserved forever: but the seed of the wicked shall be cut off.

Romans 8:35–39 (KJV) Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness or peril, or sword? As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter. Nay in all things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us. For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor height nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Psalm 23 (The Passion Translation) The Lord is my best friend and my shepherd. I always have more than enough. He offers a resting place for me in his luxurious love. His tracks take me to an oasis of peace, the quiet brook of bliss. That’s where he restores and revives my life. He opens before me pathways to God’s pleasure and leads me along in his footsteps or righteousness so that I can bring honor to his name. Lord, even when your path takes me through the valley of deepest darkness, fear will never conquer me, for you already have! You remain close to me and lead me through it all the way. Your authority is my strength and my peace. The comfort of your love takes away my fear. I’ll never be lonely, for you are near. You become my delicious feast even when my enemies dare to fight. You anoint me with fragrance of your Holy Spirit, you give me all I can drink of you until my heart overflows. So why would I fear the future? For your goodness and love pursue me all the days of my life. Then afterward when my life is through, I’ll return to your glorious presence to be forever with you!

Isaiah 43:1–4 (The Message) But now, GOD’s Message, the God who made you in the first place, Jacob, the One who got you started, Israel: “Don’t be afraid, I’ve redeemed you. I’ve called your name. You’re mine. When you’re in over your head, I’ll be there with you. When you’re in rough waters, you will not go down. When you’re between a rock and a hard place, it won’t be a dead end— Because I am GOD your personal God, the Holy One of Israel, your Savior. I paid a huge price for you: all of Egypt, with rich Cush and Seba thrown in! That’s how much you mean to me! That’s how much I love you! I’d sell off the whole world to get you back, trade the creation just for you.

Psalm 37:1–10 (TLB) Never envy the wicked. Soon they fade away like grass and disappear. Trust in the Lord instead. Be kind and good to others; then you will live safely here in the land and prosper, feeding in safety. Be delighted with the Lord. Then he will give you all your heat’s desires. Commit everything you do to the Lord. Trust him to help you do it, and he will. Your innocence will be clear to everyone. He will vindicate you with the blazing light of justice shining down as from the noonday sun. Rest in the Lord; wait patiently for him to act. Don’t be envious of evil men who prosper. Stop your anger! Turn off your wrath. Don’t fret and worry—it only leads to harm. For the wicked shall be destroyed, but those who trust the Lord shall be given every blessing. Only a little while and the wicked shall disappear. You will look for them in vain.

A Prayer for a New Home In the Name of Jesus, we magnify you for being the One who sees and provides. We glorify you that you are a God of more than enough, and your blessings shall overtake me because I hearken diligently to the voice of the Lord my God. I am blessed in the city and blessed in the field, and in my household, we shall worship the Lord our God all the days of our lives.

Father, you take immense pleasure in the prosperity of your children. We come to your throne of mercy and grace to ask and receive of a new home filled with all good things. Through wisdom is a house built, and we ask for wisdom for the acquiring of the land, hiring of the builders and the price of the land is favorable for our household. According to your Word, your plans are to prosper me and my family and give us a future filled with hope. As we seek your kingdom and your righteousness, we thank you that our home has come to us quickly without any toil and we are clothed in your favor.

We thank you that you have given us peaceful habitations and plenty enough space to accommodate my family in a way that represents the Kingdom of God and your wealth. We are not anxious, worried or in fear because your perfect love has eliminated fear out of our lives. Therefore, we stand in full faith that He who promised us a new home is faithful to bring it to pass. This is our confidence in your Word. We declare angels to go forth and open doors to acquire our new home debt free, prime real estate that appreciates continually which fulfills the covenant that was made with Abraham by bringing him into a land to inherit it. We forbid any demonic interference or delay upon the purchase of our new home. Every negative Word we silence, and every plant that the heavenly Father has not planted, we rebuke and bind. We now lose the power of God, the wisdom of God and the Blood of Jesus to be our defence and our exceedingly great reward. We magnify our God for hearing and answering our prayers in the name of Jesus. Amen!

Prayer to God to Stop Coronavirus Father God, we come to You to stand in the gap before You for the land, that it not be destroyed, but be filled with Your glory. Now is the set time for the greater works, so we pray You will stretch forth Your hand to heal the land.

We repent on behalf of all nations that have turned their backs and their ways against You. Be merciful to our unrighteousness, and remember our sins and iniquities no more. Be gracious to us, and turn the curse into a blessing that You may be glorified, and Your laborers may bring in Your harvest. Lord, we put You in remembrance of Your delegated authority to the Church to bind and loose. We bind satan, the spirit of fear, and this coronavirus in the Name of Jesus.

No man shall eat fruit of thee hereafter forever. We loose every person infected by this virus and release healing virtue to stop this plague. Father God, our President’s and political leaders’ hearts are in your hand. Direct every decision to be consistent with Your divine will. Give them wisdom to bring stability to our times. We look to You alone to bring salvation to all of mankind. In Jesus’ Name, amen.
